Als mbo-verpleegkundige binnen deze organisatie ga jij aan de slag binnen de thuiszorg. Hier bied je de zorg die jouw cliënten nodig hebben in hun vertrouwde omgeving. Jij voert de werkzaamheden uit die in het zorgleefplan zijn opgenomen en analyseert veranderingen bij de cliënten. Zo weet jij direct in te grijpen als dat nodig is. Zeker in deze tijden kunnen jouw cliënten best eenzaam zijn. Jij neemt dan ook graag de tijd voor een praatje en zorgt voor een sociaal momentje in hun leven. Je bent hier voor minimaal 20 uur beschikbaar en gaat aan de slag in loondienst!
