Deze organisatie wil kwalitatief goede zorg verlenen aan cliënten met psychogeriatrische problematiek die niet meer in staat zijn om zelfstandig te functioneren. De bewoners worden begeleid in specifiek daarvoor opgezette groepswoningen. Er zijn vier groepswoningen van elk acht bewoners, waar een vast zorgteam werkzaam is. De medische zorg wordt gecoördineerd door een multidisciplinair team van specialisten.

Als verzorgende IG ben je in staat om zelfstandig verpleegtechnische handelingen uit te voeren en weet jij als geen ander hoe je een zorgplan opstelt. Met jouw enthousiasme betrek je niet alleen de bewoner, maar ook de familie en de rest van het team. Jij bent iemand die kwalitatief goede zorg verleent en kan inspelen op de emotie van de bewoner. Het is belangrijk dat jij begrip hebt voor het vaak onbegrepen gedrag van de ouderen. Met jouw inlevingsvermogen, heb je gauw door wat de behoeften van de bewoner zijn.

Jouw salaris wordt aan de hand van de CAO VVT 36-urige werkweek op basis van kennis en ervaring vastgesteld. (Zieken)verzorgende IG schaal FWG 35, met aanvulling van certificaat EVV of GVP schaal FWG 40 tussen de €2.007,97 en €2.971,05 exclusief ort en reiskosten. Deze komen namelijk nog bovenop jouw salaris. Ga je via Derec aan de slag, dan kan je bovendien vierwekelijks factureren en regelen wij alle administratieve zaken. Zo kan jij gemakkelijk én snel aan de slag!
