- Een afgeronde opleiding tot Verpleegkundige (BIG-geregistreerd) met specialisatie in Intensive Care
- Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als IC-verpleegkundige
- Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
- Stressbestendigheid, klinische scherpte en probleemoplossend vermogen
- Bereidheid om in een 24/7 rooster te werken, inclusief nachtdiensten en weekenddiensten
