Leerkracht groep 6/7/8 in de buurt Heemstede voor 0,4 fte (16 uur per week). Je bent mentor van een bovenbouwgroep en geeft taal-, reken- en wereldoriëntatielessen binnen unit-onderwijs. Je werkt in een warm team en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de vakinhoudelijke en sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling van de leerlingen.

Dit ga je doen in je werkweek:

  • Je bent mentor van een mentorgroep in de bovenbouw (groepen 6/7/8).

  • Je geeft taal- en rekenlessen en begeleidt zelfstandig werken.

  • Je onderhoudt namens de klas contacten met ouders en collega’s en stemt af bij speciale ondersteuning waar nodig.

  • Salaris van €3463 tot €6992
