Onderwijs van de eenentwintigste eeuw: dé manier om deze moderne school te typeren. Er wordt thematisch gewerkt met veel ruimte tot eigenaarschap, er is volop aandacht voor de brede ontwikkeling qua creativiteit, wetenschap en techniek. Daarnaast wordt er gewerkt en geleerd aan de hand van een eigen portfolio. Leerkrachten begeleiden/coachen de leerlingen in hun ontwikkeling, waardoor het onderwijs uitermate goed wordt afgestemd op de individuele leerling. Hiermee wordt er efficiënt gewerkt en wordt er passend en uitdagend onderwijs verzorgd.

Voor de leerlingen uit de middenbouw ben ik op zoek naar een leerkracht die fulltime beschikbaar is. Het gaat om een functie waarvoor je in eerste instantie drie maanden beschikbaar bent, met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Op deze school staat het begeleiden en coachen centraal. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar iemand die naast het lesgeven ook in staat is om leerkrachten te begeleiden als co-teacher.

  • je bent sterk in teamverband en ontwikkelgericht.
