Deze kleinschalige, openbare scholengemeenschap weet voor voor iedere leerling een veilige omgeving te bieden. Structuur en steun zijn kenmerkend voor het onderwijs op deze school. Er is veel aandacht voor de ontwikkeling van de individuele leerling. De betrokkenheid van docenten, ouders en leerlingen is groot. De school kenmerkt zich daarom als ontmoetingsplaats. Differentiatie in de lessen staat hoog in het vaandel en leerlingen worden gestimuleerd om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Dit is echt een plek waar je de ruimte krijgt als leerling om je breed te ontwikkelen.

Als eerstegraads docent geschiedenis ga je op deze school aan het werk met de bovenbouwleerlingen van de havo en het vwo. Je bent flexibel waardoor je goed tussen deze vakken kan wisselen en schakelt feilloos tussen de verschillende niveaus van de leerlingen. Zo krijgen zij de kans om de lesstof goed onder de knie te krijgen en echt de verdieping in te gaan! Starten kan hier voor 1,0 fte!
