Als schuldhulpverlener sta je klaar om inwoners van Noord-Holland te helpen met praktische en duurzame oplossingen voor hun financiële problemen. Je voert intakegesprekken, stelt budgetplannen op en onderhandelt met schuldeisers om tot haalbare betalingsregelingen te komen. Daarnaast geef je preventieve voorlichting en coaching om herhaling van schulden te voorkomen. Door jouw empathie en doortastendheid weet je het vertrouwen van cliënten te winnen en hen te motiveren. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het herstellen van hun financiële stabiliteit en zelfredzaamheid.

  • Ervaring in schuldhulpverlening of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Kennis van wet- en regelgeving rondom financiële hulpverlening.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en empathisch vermogen.
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
