Als jeugdconsulent ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gezinnen met hulpvragen rondom opvoeding en ontwikkeling. Je voert keukentafelgesprekken om de situatie in kaart te brengen en stelt samen met het gezin een passend ondersteuningsplan op. Hierbij maak je gebruik van je kennis van de Jeugdwet en relevante indicaties binnen de jeugdzorg. Je coördineert de ingezette hulp, onderhoudt contact met betrokken instanties en bewaakt de voortgang. Door jouw inzet zorg je ervoor dat kinderen in een veilige en stimulerende omgeving kunnen opgroeien.

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Pedagogiek, Maatschappelijk Werk en Dienstverlening (MWD) of
  • Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening (SPH).
  • Geldige SKJ-registratie.
  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als jeugdconsulent binnen een gemeentelijke instelling.
  • Kennis van diverse indicaties binnen de jeugdzorg of jeugd GGZ.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid in een dynamische werkomgeving.
